This cute dry erase easel might just be my favorite. You usually cannot use a household iron because sublimation ink activates at 350☏ (175☌) and irons don’t get hot enough. You can use an EasyPress, traditional heat press machines, or a Cricut Autopress, which is my favorite heat press machine. You can learn the best materials for all your needs in my Sublimation for Beginners Ultimate Guide. I used Hippo Ink and 8.5″ x 11″ A-SUB paper for each of these. Then, you’ll need compatible ink and paper. I like sublimation printing best from my desktop computer using Google Docs (great results and free!). I used the Epson EcoTank ET-4760 sublimation printer to test my Dollar Tree sublimation ideas and it did a great job. The good thing is the materials and sublimation process for the other projects are very similar, so you’ll be making complete sets in no time!
